Terms & Conditions

The following rules are applicable to all competitions conducted by Warner Bros Productions / Nu Metro Films / Flamedrop Productions whether broadcast on Television channels, Mobile handsets, Interactive Television, on any of our partner websites or by any other method whatsoever unless otherwise specifically stipulated.
The competition complies with section 54 of the Lotteries Act, 1997. Changes to section 54 of the Lotteries Act, 1997 may necessitate changes to the terms and conditions of the competition.
The competition is NOT open to the following people:
1. The directors, members, partners, agents, employees or consultants of Warner Bros Productions / Nu Metro Films / Flamedrop or any business partner or associate of the aforementioned companies;
2. The spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified in 1. above; and
3. Anyone outside South Africa
4. Competition sponsors and their employees are also excluded from winning prizes in the competitions that they sponsor
No person may enter any competition conducted by Warner Bros Productions / Nu Metro Films / Flamedrop Productions within 1 month of winning a competition conducted partly or in whole by Warner Bros Productions/ Nu Metro Films / Flamedrop Productions
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be deferred or exchanged for cash.
This is not a subscription service.
Free SMS’s do not apply.
By entering this service, users consent to receiving further marketing and promotional messages.
The competition draw will take place on the date as stipulated on the related competition website page and/or the promotional material
Prizes will only be issued after the closing date for entries to the competition and once a winner has been selected by Warner Bros Productions / Nu Metro Films / Flamedrop Productions in its discretion.
Entrants of all ages can enter competitions.
Multiple entries are not allowed per person for all competitions.
With regards to competitions that may only be entered by means of short message services ("SMS"), only the primary account holder of the cellular telephone number drawn from the SMS entries received will be eligible for the prize. In respect of competitions that may be entered by means of SMS and e-mail, all SMS and e-mail entries received will be pooled together and the winner will be selected from those pooled entries.
All correct entries received within the prescribed time period will be eligible for the applicable prize draw.
Warner Bros Productions / Nu Metro Films / Flamedrop Productions will have an external auditor randomly draw to determine prize winners.
Winners may be required to appear on television or radio, or in printed publications, for which no fee will be payable.
Warner Bros Productions / Nu Metro Films / Flamedrop Productions will not divulge the database of entries received to any 3rd party
Warner Bros Productions / Nu Metro Films / Flamedrop Productions does not send confirmation (return) SMS messages
Warner Bros Productions / Nu Metro Films / Flamedrop Productions SMS competition cost R3 per entry.
Entrants possess and use prizes won in the competitions entirely at their own risk. Warner Bros Productions / Nu Metro Films / Flamedrop Productions shall not be liable for any accident, injury, harm, death, damages and/or loss sustained by an entrant as a result of the possession or use of a prize won in a competition.
Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone, as determined in Warner Bros Productions / Nu Metro Films / Flamedrop discretion.
The announcement of a winner on www.flamedrop.com's related websites or in any other manner whatsoever by Warner Bros Productions / Nu Metro Films / Flamedrop Productions is not an indication that the winner has complied with these rules or the specific rules of the competition in question.
Warner Bros Productions / Nu Metro Films / Flamedrop Productions may disqualify an entrant to a competition who has been announced as a winner thereof should any rule transgressions be discovered at any time after such announcement. Entrants who have been disqualified shall (at his/her own cost) immediately return all prizes received or refund the value of the prizes received in terms of that competition to Warner Bros Productions / Nu Metro Films / Flamedrop Productions, as determined by Warner Bros Productions / Nu Metro Films / Flamedrop Productions in its discretion.
Warner Bros Productions/ Nu Metro Films / Flamedrop reserve the right to cancel the competition at any time without notice. In the event of such cancellation, all competition entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition in question and acknowledge that they shall have no recourse whatsoever against Warner Bros Productions / Nu Metro Films / Flamedrop Productions.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into for any reason whatsoever. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules or the rules of the competition in question will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor. Prizes not claimed within a 3 month period from when the competition draw took place will forfeit the prizes. An entrant shall only be considered to finally be a prize winner, upon the successful communication by Warner Bros Productions / Nu Metro Films / Flamedrop Productions to the entrant of an offer of a prize and the acceptance by the entrant of such prize.
